  1. Synopsis:
  2.    load multi
  3.  
  4. Description:
  5.    This script is meant to remove the need for the Multi program.  All it
  6.    does is randomly switch characters of its input to upper or lowercase.
  7.    The /varcase alias sends the output to the current channel or query,
  8.    while /varcasemsg sends it in a MSG to someone.
